This is the worst washing machine that I have owned.

The wash cycle is very, very long. The manual says that the cycle is 1 1/4 hours - it takes longer - the display says 2 minutes left when it is actually about 10 minutes.

In spite of what it says, the clothes do not spin dry, especially if you have large items like sheets. The sheets either bunch up and you end up with a big wet blob or they wrap around the drum, blocking the drainage holes and prevent water from spinning out of the clothes.

I just ran a wash cycle and when I went to take the the clothes out they were sopping wet, so I put them through another separate spin cycle and they are still sopping wet - this has taken almost 2 hours and the clothes are still not right.

This is the second one of these machines that I have had in less than 1 year. The first machine was replaced within 3 months because it didn’t spin clothes dry. I’ve had this machine for about 6 months and now the same thing is happening

I am very sorry that I bought this machine - it does not perform as advertised and it is nothing but a headache.
